Thanks for your interest! My name is Jern and I'm looking for some folks who will show up every week. The goal is for us to get to bed before 10 Est if we want. We already have a good core group and some raiding experience together but pugging 2-3 new people every night gets old.
So, details. We raid every Tues, Wed, Thurs starting at 5pm server and we go until 7pm server. Sometimes if everyone's fresh we'll push on. But this is a low stress group. So! Who we're looking for!

Resto Shaman - And it would be nice if you had a dps set. Just in case.
Rogue - We could really use a hand in Melee.
Warlock - Last but not least. We have a mage who needs a dps friend.

I'd like to see a gear level of 353 minimum with no more then 2 pieces of pvp gear. That being said, prior experience is not needed. Just a calm attitude and willingness to pick yourself up and learn.

Hello there everyone. I am the second tank for our little raid group. You may have questions about why we would post an ad. Here are a few answers.

1) Why are you looking for players at all? You have guilds don't you? Go raid with them.
A> Yes we do have guilds. We love the guilds we are in. But for whatever reason we are unable to raid with them. If you live on the east coast and your guild's raid ends at eleven server, that's two am here. An unfeasible bedtime for those with early work hours.

2) You're trying to pug raid firelands? ROTFLOLBYOBBQ! You guys suck!
A> We are not trying to pug firelands. We are looking for a dedicate core group of people who are willing to commit to two hours of raiding three nights a week. We fully realize that it will take time to click as a raid, but before we can do that we need to have people who are willing to commit to making the raid work.

3) Well, that sounds interesting, who are you looking for?
A> We are searching for mature, committed raiders who are willing to put the time and effort required into conquering endgame content. As Jern said above, you should be geared, willing to learn, and above all willing to have fun.

May as well ask... I assume your particular want of a resto shammy means you probably already have a resto druid?

Hey Jern, yr guilds been around for a WHILE now right? Since Vanilla? Sorry to hijack, I just get all nostalgic when I see names I remember from years ago :]

Hello. I'd like to fill that rogue slot if possible. I have some raiding experience, though not as a damage dealer, much less my rogue. However, I consider myself an able player of the class and I'm very willing to put the effort in to improve. Personally, I am just as you ask for: mature and committed to raiding. I'd love to have this opportunity to experience the endgame raid content. Thanks.
