As I am no longer able to maintain the raiding schedule necessary to raid with the main 25 man group, I am creating a 10 man group. As many of you know, ES is one of the longest standing successful raiding guilds on the server, and as such, success will be expected of this group, albeit on a short weekly schedule. The raid "leadership" (me aho) has extensive raiding experience, including 7/13 hard modes in T11 cleared, and all content prior to that cleared at the appropriate level.
Team Fatness (name tentative, but it amuses me) will raid on the following schedule:
Monday 5:00-8:30
Wednesday 5:00-8:30
Yep. Two days per week. The end time will be a "soft cap" which may go slightly over if it is deemed we are close on a particular boss, but never past 9 server. With 7-8 hours per week for raiding, it is expected that people will be ready to start on time, and there will be no "screwing around". Of course this is a game, but wasting time wastes 9 other people's time too, right? I like to be efficient, and efficiency will be required to progress on such a short schedule. Many others do it, we can too.
Recruitment is fully open currently. All classes/specs will be considered, though the second tank being a paladin or druid would be *strongly* preferred. As is the philosophy with the 25 man group, great players are more important than great gear. Tackling encounter design is far more important than your epix. Note, however, I will expect your character to be maximized upon application. Gear enchanted/gemmed, etc. If you have blues, explain why.
