PUBLIC NOTICE

The AAMS is pleased to announce the organization of a neutral, cross-faction exhibition for all the laborers of Azeroth: farmers, herders, and skilled craftsmen alike.

We will be temporarily opening the development at Caer Darrow to exhibitors. Ruined foundations will be enclosed for livestock pens, houses made available as vendor stalls, and the fountain square used for craft sales and demonstrations.

THE AZEROTH STATE FAIR WILL OPEN ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 25th!

The AAMS will open the Joint Office at Caer Darrow for registration starting this week. Open office hours will be held for registration on Thursday, August 18th, starting at 7:30 PM, and we will be available for scheduled private meetings all week long.

Whether you're raised the world's largest Snapvine Watermelon, bred a herd of naturally-combustible sheep, or just enjoy fried food on a stick, come join the AAMS in launching Azeroth's VERY FIRST livestock and agriculture fair.

Guests from both factions are welcome at fair and registration events. The settlement at Caer Darrow is a neutral space, and we ask all visitors to refrain from factional conflict. AAMS translators are, as always, available by request.

((OOC DETAILS:

This is an event for everyone! The AAMS is ready to help guilds and individual players set up as exhibitors or vendors at our very own state fair -- it is that time of year, after all!

There's really no limit on ideas here. Vanity or hunter pets as livestock, flower arrangements made out of herbalists using Lifegiving Seeds, vendors selling Darkmoon Faire overstock -- you tell us what you want to do, and we'll help make it happen.

This week's CDRP will be a "registration" so that we've got a chance to talk things over with people and get an idea of what we need before the run-up to the event itself. Please don't be shy! The AAMS can help do a lot of the legwork, as long as you have an idea of what you want to present.

We'll try to schedule "judgings" for any category that gets more than two entries (Livestock, Produce, etc.). Prizes will be something from the other faction, most likely, such as unique pets or armors.

Stop on by this Thursday or drop us a reply in this thread to let us know what you or your guild would like to exhibit at the first-ever Azeroth State Fair!))

INTERNAL MEMO

TO: CEO Aeldgyth Whistlespark
FROM: Horde Branch Manager Andelia Windtouched

Doctor,

We have confirmed sightings of Abominus the Maggot Lord skittering about Orgrimmar, muttering about "the fine Art of Maggotry" being "shown in all of its glorious, multi-segmented horror, yessss."

Reasonable to believe that this refers to the Azeroth State Fair.

Recommend immediate plans begin for a hermetic Maggot Pavilion to be set aside from other exhibits.

Yours in Service,

Andelia Windtouched,
Horde Branch Manager
