CSI Undercity's "CSI Black Ops" raid team is looking for one new permanent offtank for our Tuesday/Thursday night Firelands raid. We raid from 6:15pm to 9:30pm. We are currently 2/7 with Shannox on farm status and 1 Beth'tilac kill (got her on our first try of the night after 2 raid nights of learning!). Currently learning Lord Rhyolith with our best attempt wiping in phase 2 at a painful 0.4%.
Prior to 4.2, we achieved 12/12 in Tier 11 after 10 weeks of raiding. We are currently 1/13 in Tier 11 Heroic.
Because of our brief raiding schedule, we expect our raiders to attend 100% of raids, extenuating circumstances aside. You must be able to prioritize the raid. Not attending because you had to take a relative to the hospital: OK. Not attending because your real life friends showed up and invited you out to dinner: Not OK.
As an extension to this, constantly no-showing, even for "justifiable" circumstances will disqualify you. If your real life is too chaotic, or your computer/connection is just too unreliable, sorry, but we won't be able to bring you along.
Priority will go to geared Death Knight or Druid tanks, but Paladins and Warriors will be given due consideration.
