I'm new to RP, and I found it pretty interesting when I made my lvl 1 human mage and visited SW here on Cenarion Circle. I followed the advice in the Forum and /joined AllianceOOC and Hearthstoneic.

I really enjoyed listening in to the conversations, and seeing all the new people. (And watching them RP in the blue recluse) I was the lowbie standing silently in the corner.

One thing i've gotta ask, how crazy can people RP? I admire the fact that the RP community is pretty close knit, but the mage Frazzbolt was freaking ridiculous! I thought the OOC channel was out of character. But the minute he started talking, I literally found myself laughing so loud my roommate came over to ask what I was watching.

I might just make a permanent Alt here JUST so I can watch this guy.

Frazzbolt, wherever you are. You. Are. Awesome.

Also, a shameless plug for tomorrow's intro to RP class! it will be at 6PM Alliance-side. Just ask anyone in the Azeroth College.

Gnomes in general are pretty amazing on CC.

Also, go to the class. Blad has worked very hard on his presentation.

Gnomes have a unique place on our realm, to be sure. I think we can in some part thank Gentyl's well-known love for gnomes for that. They flock to our realm 'cause they're loved, despite constant jokes about punting, secret plans for world domination, etc.

We've got an awesome crew of people on Cenarion Circle, Alliance and Horde both, with memorable characters played by players who are also really cool, admirable people. It was the memory of this crew that pulled me back here from Wyrmrest Accord after Wrath of the Lich King ended, and I haven't for a single quantum millisecond regretted the decision to move back here.

Glad you're enjoying the RP and the AllianceOOC channel! We're happy to have you. Show some Horde love too and join 'em; they have a HordeOOC channel, and while it's quieter than the Alliance one, that can easily be changed by memorable, awesome players who are active and engaging people in conversation.

Even if it's just to occasionally swipe peoples' pants.

Sometimes AllianceOOC is only OOC in that the things that happen there don't effect the IC game world. This is particularly true in the case of amusing characters like Frazzbolt and Rhumple (another one of my favorite gnomes). :P (And also true Hordeside on HordeOOC.)

*Bows a deep, slightly off balance bow*

But enough of that! It would be simply stupendous if you were to join us here! There are ALWAYS kind people willing to share their time and tacklehugs with you! *Drifts off into a dreamy trance for about an hour, mumbling about creating a new lifeform that survives on hugs*

Hmm? Ah yes. Alliance side is positively spectacular! The population is extremely friendly, with few exceptions (gnome punters.) And strange cats that run away when I enter the room...*frowns slightly before resuming his natural super bubbly smile*

The point is, here on CC everyone is willing to share their time and RP experiences with you! Now if only they'd share their hair, and toenails, and perhaps some earwax, and maybe a few teeth... *Begins subconsciously conjuring tweezers and clicking them slowly*

I run away from ANY mage i see, After what happened to me a few years ago? No way!
In-fact, my tail still spontaneously combusts when ever i see a rabbit.

Oh good grief. I just had a most perturbing thought. Queest, Rhumple, Frazzbolt, Iceia, and myself, all at the Blue at the same time. Oh my oh my, how much fun that would be.


Seriously, we should make a Gnomish Flash Mob. Just set up a time, pop into the Blue or even better...the fountain square in Trade District, and just start Gnoming it up.

As long as the building stays intact, i'd be fine with that, and.. i walk out with all my limbs.

Have all the Gnomes of CC's Alliance side in a comic.
Iecia cleaning EVERYTHING.
Frazzbolt smiling and giggling as one of his alchemical concoctions goes horribly wrong.
Rhawboe is trying to steal something.
(Don't think i've ever seen Queest or Rhumple)

Make Gentyl in the background resisting the urge to hug them all.
Make Paden/Ardam holding a fork and knife, salivating.

((Arlston, I happen to remember very vividly Queest causing you to spew your drink all over your screen when she was upstairs in the Recluse meeting "Duessie-baby" for the first time. You putting that into /say with OOC brackets made me almost spit MY drink all over my screen :P ))
