This is a pointless post because duels do not dictate who's better at PvP. The only reliable statistic, which is not entirely reliable, is based on highest rating achieved weighted by how many games played. Even then, it's entirely possible for someone to transfer off server for a single season, buy a carry, and then come back.

If you want some real PvP rankings go look at the 3v3 arena ladder.
