World of Warcraft®

I'm terrible at these things so i'm going to keep it short. After Christmas I'm leaving the game. Possibly only for a month but just as likely for longer or even permamently.
For some time now I have been playing WoW only because of the community on Cenarion Circle and how much I enjoy the people here. I have found very little enjoyment from the game itself and with Mists of Pandaria coming out I do not think that there is very much that i am going to be able to look forward to.
While I regret leaving everybody that I have come to call my friends, I simply cannot stay on a game that instead of being fun is sucking the fun out.

Sucks that you're leaving but there's no reason to stay if you're not having fun. Was nice RPing with ya for the little bit of time I've been on the server.

I'll miss your company (and heals).

You only liked me for my heals didn't you?

Not true!

I will say, "Hey! Why is no one heckling me for no apparent reason in AAMSooc anymore?"

Are you trying another game or just moving on? Also, I never got a chance to be healed by your lovely blue fingers, but I will miss you in OOC. Have fun!

I am going to Star Wars the Old Republic. I plan to go onto the server that Imp's guild is on.
I'll be there for at least a month, most likely more than a few.
It's not my plan to entirely abandon WoW, but i definately want at least a very long break from it.

Just to be clear about this...the LO isn't moving games. But I am a big Star Wars fan and there's no way I wasn't going to play TOR. I also love the creation and running of guilds, so we have Brenin's Auxiliaries on the Begeren Colony server now.

My WoW account remains active and I still spend plenty of time in Azeroth. The same goes for most of the LO members who're trying out TOR. I only know of two who've quit playing WoW for TOR and one of those fully intends to come back, she just can't do two games at once.

However, any CC players who want to try out TOR, I definitely encourage you to roll up a character on Begeran's Colony and join the Auxiliaries. I'm easy enough to find since I have an Imperon over there.

Imperon, i think you took my comment the wrong way, as nobody said, at least to my knowledge, that you or LO were leaving the game.
Quite honestly I think that if anybody did they would be laughed at.
I am curious to how 'rolling on same server as imperon's guild' ended up at OMG They're all leaving us!

(( i'm even more curious to see what Class Imperon ended up, I can't help but picture him as some sort of jedi/sith/smuggler. Force gripping some poor smuck then shooting his friend in the face.))

I believe I heard he was a Jedi Knight, but don't quote me on that.
