I am looking for a blacksmith that can craft Enchanted Thorium Breastplate. I have already acquired all of the mats, but as this pattern is no longer available in game, finding someone has been difficult.

I would prefer someone horde side, but I have an Ally toon I can transfer mats to so if you are only Ally side, that would work for me.
