Well I promised it, and here it is! Tell me what you all think! A lot of it is based on some actual thinga that have happened, and of course some fiction :P '=narration, "=quote, saying"
'So there I was, perched upon the roof of the Cathedral in Storwmind. For some reason, I always felt the best breeze there, and the moon always shined in a perfect manner at that angle. I just about finished wiping my blade from my last contract when I decided to put back on my comfortable kilt. I was never fond of wearing full armor for long lengths of time. I jumped down to find a dark, secluded place to change.
After getting more comfortable. I decided it was time to grab a drink, no better place then the Recluse. I dashed roof to roof, making each step lightly as to not damage the property. Sure I may be an assassin but I do still have a heart. I guess that is what seperates me from your average Demon. While they kill and kill, I kill for a purpose, for a reason to continue living, and to also gain some profit.
As I walked into the Recluse I heard the usual," it's a Demon Hunter.." or "sshh don't let that foul being hear our conversation". But I was use to such things. Infact all it did was make me laugh inside. Some one always had something to to say. Many judge me for being a Demon Hunter, but who else would do it? If no one did, we would be over cumbered by the Fel. But oh well, let those who judge be dammed in the eyes of our gods.
As I took my seat, I felt the cold stare of a particular Kal'dorei on me.
"May I ask what you seek?" I asked in a normal manner
"I do not like your kind," The Women replied
Something I hear all the time, I gave it no bother and began asking her the usual questions," Why is that, Because I chose to fight fire with fire," and so on. Of course she would have something to judge and spit upon if she knew my other side. My side that lurks inside me as such a predator lurks its prey in the wilderness. The name echoed in my ears, a soft beautiful sound," Nathair Oiche, Naaathiar Oooichee.." Ah the beauty and simplicity of it.
But before I knew it, there was an odd little gnome standing on the table, starring at me with its little beady eyes.
"Nice dress"
"It's a kilt"
"dress"
"Kilt
"Dress"
"Would you like me to show you a magic trick?" I asked him vaguely
"Yaay magic! show me show me!"
I whispered under my breath," Elune show me the path of the shadows, Malorne protect and keep me safe," And as I whispered the last line, I disappeared amongst the shadows. Did I ever tell you about that? It's quite interesting. Your body presumes to dissapear, but your mind enters a whole other realm. One where the shadows are you light, and the people abroad are simple little colors, It's an amazing sight to behold, but for a Demon Hunter, it is how we always see.
"Seen it!" Yelled the Gnome.
Hidden in the shadows I said," Ah, but wait till you see this," Then I simply kicked him. He flew pretty good to, right out the door. But what he didn't notice was that I slipped his coin bag from his side. Aaahh nothing like a good days work to pay off. I came back into view and took my seat
The Kal'dorei glared at me again, oh well, nothing abnormal. But peace in mind never lasts, as then the wind started whispering to me," A man searches for Oiche, he seeks a contract with the Demon of Death"
"I'm busy right now" I replied annoyed
"Not until you see who the contract is on," the wind whispered quietly.
"Alright alright I'm going, you better buy me a drink when I'm done with this one then!"
((Sooooooooo how was it?? Obviously there is more! and wait till you all find out who the contract is on! Leave comments/suggestions on what you would like to see or if you want to add anything!
