Pia has been around going on seven years now. When I started it, I thought it to be a one-man guild. I had joined two other guilds that imploded within two weeks of my joining. Totally not my fault, just really crappy timing.
In those years, from the beginning, we have been blessed to attract not only some of the finest roleplayers, but also the funniest people around. It seems odd that a guild by outward appearances is so straight-laced and severe should become home to talents such as Twobits, Bebus, Mikafar, Iecia and so many other great wits. However, in listening last night to guild chat of Disco ranting about Delver turning giant rats loose in the pantry Disco had converted into a home and workshop, I was once again reminded of this heritage of laughter.
It never ceases to amaze me at the creativity of people on CC and in Pia. I laughed harder last night at the tom foolery than I have at most television shows. I love the interaction of the characters and their pilots. It's like dinner and a show.
So, thank you. Good times.
