General Youmu here lookin for young fresh soldiers to join the force of the Sakura Sentinel. Our main goals tis be guarding anything and anyone of thems people that gives us the gold. We believe in no evil or good, we believe in our purses. Dis be going for anyone out there seeking protection for any of them adventures or activities that need, well, protectin.

My group be missing, a lot of mercs...and to be honest I'm da only one that's left. If anyone seeks the gold and satisfaction of protectin people, hop on along! Be knowledged though, this group is strictly for strong women only. If ya got tha interest, send me a mail and I'll get right back to ya.

((Strictly speaking, this isn't just for females...It's for female characters. The RP I'm requesting will be Med-possible Heavy, so take this in mind. I'm accepting 30+ level characters and RP gear is required. Take in mind, we're guards/mercenaries, so you'll need to equip a practical melee weapon. (Daggers, 1hd Maces, and staves don't exactly cut it) Be sure to mail me your interest and a small introduction of your character's backstory. Thank you.))

((Serious question here: may I ask why you think those weapons "don't exactly cut it" as melee weapons? I think my enhancement shaman does pretty good melee with her maces, and rogues are classic melee fighters who use daggers. You're going to lose out on a lot of potential recruits if you don't allow people that wield those weapons.

And while you can point out priests aren't melee fighters, we only wield staves, 1h maces, daggers, and wands. That's an entire class that your post feels like it's excluding.))

((For PvE/PvP reasons, they're more than welcomed to use whatever they want. But for "RP" reasons, I'd rather them to have more intimidating weapons to display))

It doesn't really seem like a 'mercenary' theme would fly for a guild of Sentinels, as realistic mercenaries are fairly cut-throat and loyal to their next paycheck, which basically goes against the established lore of the Kal'dorei Sentinels, considering what they are.

I guess, I, too, am just curious about the RP-origins of the name, both 'Sakura' and 'Sentinels'. ))
