Dominion is currently the top RBG guild on Cenarion Circle as seen on:

While our original team has largely disbanded due to our core members being mostly healers/FC (me), and the main factor of RBG wins/losses is the quality of your DPS, a lot of us have instead opted to play our alts that are RBG DPS instead. Currently our team consists of the following:

As you can see, we're pretty devoid of healers at the moment. While we have some good healers that play with us occasionally, we would like to form a more solid core (or we risk, for example, getting a so-called 1800 disc priest that can only do 20 dispels a game... average among non-terrible disc priests is about 350).
I won't set out any specific minimum for rating achieved or gear level, but it would be highly recommended that you have achieved 1800+ in some arena bracket and have at least 60% of your gear be Cataclysmic. However, all serious applicants will be given consideration.
