Although our guild is still looking for more people to add to our roster (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/4216982148), our main raid team has a need for fresh blood as some of our raiders will be away from the game either for the summer or for the foreseeable future.
We are looking for excellent players that both have good raiding experience as well as good gear. Typically only people with at least 4/8 heroic and item level 397 or higher will be considered, but exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may also be considered (exceptional being good experience from previous tiers typically).
Candidates usually will do a trial run with us on our alt run to see both competence and congruence with the group.
Our raid times are from 6:30 to 9:00 PM on Thursday and Saturday. It would be best if you can attend both days, but again, exceptions can be worked around as long as you are up front about it.
If you are only interested in the raid and not the guild, again that can be worked around if we are interested in you joining the raid.
