I am looking for another tank to run with, I need to learn more to get better. I have gotten good reviews in dungons, but in raids I feel like I am not doing my part. Problems I know I have are in Swapping aggro, and that is because of my taunting skills, and probably have more that I dont know about. My build is from gotwarcraft.com. and have used Reforgenator for reforging. Looking for another tank that is willing to give advice and some coaching.
I hate being a below ave. tank.

What's the matter with swapping aggro? The action itself seems extremely simple; just click on the mob you want to take over and hit taunt (dark command). What are you having problems with? Finding the correct mob to taunt? Hitting taunt in time (because it's not key bound)? Not losing aggro after? More details are needed.

Your reforging needs a bit of work, for example the crit on your boots should be reforged to parry. Depending on how much parry you have, you should reforge more to dodge. Also, DK tanks can never hit CTC with current gear levels so it's not clear to me why you would gem mixed color gems as much as you do... and certainly an expertise gem is wrong. If you want to have a conversation in game I can give you some tips on the basics, and if you need help on things that pertain only to DKs I can point you to the right people as well.

One thing that a lot of tanks (myself included now and then) forget is Vengeance. If you have a full vengeance stack and someone taunts off you, you need to stop hitting the mob. If you don't, the taunt will wear off and the mob will come right back to you because you kept generating threat from a commanding initial lead. If someone is supposed to taunt from you, step back or stop hitting buttons for about 10 seconds.

You want to try and balance your avoidance ratings like Elg said.
If you're having trouble monitoring aggro, download Omen.
It's a threat meter that shows everyone's threat level on mobs that you target.
Outbreak > DnD > Heart Strike works for snap threat when you're the first person to pull the mob.

This is important for tanking in raids as well.

Thanks for the replys. Was regeming thanks for showing me one I missed, will change. As for the reforging, I am using reforgenator and was wondering if it was messing me up ( just didnt look right).
As for the other tanks not letting up some times when I ask they just bark back to get better. I want to pull my weight, so relly thought I was realy bad, may be I am not as bad as they made it sound.

One more question should I trash My reforgenator, on this toon, or just work around it?
