I need to work on Syd's personality more. Anyone want to follow a little bit of the forum story I have going for him? He is involved in the underground Black Market. Not in a big way, but enough to make him very wealthy and prone to helping out others when he can. In game I plan on having him be a patron for Neryth who is portraying an artist.

If we get any new people joining the guild I could use some help developing Syd's storyline. Someone to be a member of Sydric's House of Silverhawk would be great.

I would be happy to help out with Syd's storyline, but not sure what Auxi would be able to do. I did get Winterlynn (now Winterlynne) moved over, but I am going with the serene Cianna style priestess with her, so she may not be able to do much either (but prey on his guilt).

If you want, I can roll a low level character for him to work with, just not really level her. My time is a bit more free now that school is going again, but at the moment, am not up for leveling another character. Just tell me what you'd like and I will pull something together.

I just wanted to say that I read the Journal (for fun, not stalking or anything) and I really like the entries you've all written. You seem to put a lot of effort into this stuff and go deep into the details and personalities of the characters and the storylines they are involved in and I think that's really good for writers and RP'ers. I think what you've created with the guild is very cool, and I hope you keep posting your journal entries here on the forums. Good luck!

I wanted to get some more of the House style rp going. Since Sydric's House of Silverhawk is fairly low on the social scale in Silvermoon, he will be looking at mostly keeping a low profile in his dealings. I do not want to attract a lot of attention of the authorities, and the Fellowship will most likely frown on his illegal activities. But it is just a side story to develop his character.

I will use Darth in game to investigate Syd and make it more comical than sinister. I think I will make him more of the bookworm and collecter than anything bad like weapons. That way it gives us all a lighter hearted thing to play around with.

Yes! most of the time either I'm on (Kellatira) or someone else with invite privileges is, do a /who Rising Sun Fellowship and that should bring us up.

I had a rather amusing incident today and I felt I needed to make a comment. Someone wished to join the Fellowship and asked for the rules and so forth. This person typed very poorly, had a lot of trouble understanding what we were saying and eventually quit, saying we had too many rules and it was too much to keep track of.

That said, I am willing to help anyone who is new to rp to learn it and to help them practice on the intricacies of immersive rp. But this is not for everyone. The person who wishes to rp has to be willing to make an effort to learn the basic rules of rp and the ettiquette involved. You have to have enough of a knowledge of English to be not only typing clearly and making yourself understood, but able to understand what is being said to you. If English is a second language to you, (And I am not biased at all!) this would be a good way to improve your skills. Writing and reading are two of the most important factors in doing rp. But you must be advanced enough to be comfortable taking time to actually learn the skills involved.

This is a good guide to in game rp. We should all be directing people to this who are new to rp. It is very helpful. Yes there is a lot there, but it is important that you learn all these terms and rules if you expect to be taken seriously.

I also highly advise getting a few addons to help, such as MyRolePlay (MRP) or TotalRp2 from curse. I also use tongues, and there are others out there to enhance your rp experience.

I posted on the Journal. It's an idea that surfaced in my mind last night. A way to counteract the Tome that Vira has. It may be an interesting side story as well. I am trying to get some details worked out. Mostly it will begin with Syd finding a reference for a Tome of Runes. As explained in the Journal post. We have to find it first.

I was hoping to find a way to get our new goblin friend a way into the story. He will be helping us locate the Tome of Runes. We can use an in game tome, or if we cannot find one I will make something like the books Syd can make as a scribe and we will use it.

Auxi and I have put our plotting and scheming on hold, because I can't be around tonight.

So, I need to know a good day for all of you, Nic and I are currently our limiting factors, I think, in that our schedule doesn't seem as flexible as the rest of yours.

Anyways... I'll check in after class, and be around for probably a bit before I have to leave.

Oh joy I have a list and I will be posting it as soon as Gizzle finds the book and manages to get it from my alt on Alli side, her name is Nakilla. A draenei shaman, who also happens to be a scribe...so making a book or having one I can get from some npc or whatever will work.

This will involve AAMS and some friends on Alli side so I hope this will help us to get more out there on the server.

We are still accepting people. Just roll your toon and use /who Rising Sun to find who is online for a guild invite.

All right everyone, Cy and Mia are back together. The wedding day is set. I invited all members of the Fellowship, but of course some of those are alts, so accept on the one you think will be closest to Mia and Cy. If there is a major problem with the date I will change it. I felt Sat seemed to be easier for the school crowd to get around. Time is slso flexible. I need feedback on when.

Location is iffy, but if nothing else we will use the Hall of Respite. at least all can get to it. I almost hate the phasing part of the game. The need to do or not do certain quests to be able to use an area is a pain.

The guild is Rising Sun Fellowship, the server is Cenarion Circle. Faction is Horde. We prefer Blood elves as most of our rp take splace in Silvermoon City, and the guild's main goal is returning the Glory to the Sindorei.

We have a very complex and intriguing story happening involving a warlock(evil of course) a crazy mage (insane!), lots of romance and kidnappings, rp battles with roll fighting, and a generally helpful and fun group of people who will rp at just about any time of day or night.

If you are interested, you only need to make a horde character on the Cenarion Circle realm and contact one of us for any questions. If you look through the Journal and the OOC threads you will see many names that are very frequent posters.

We have had beginners come into the guild and we are willing to help. But you must agree to rp and Journal your experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to improve your writing skills.
