Some may have forgotten, but we have not: in the wake of the horrors of Northrend's campaign, we have remained. We were formed in betrayal and shadow, and we have become honor and steel, tempered with darkness and focus.
The Ebon Sanction stands as the Alliance arm of the Knights of the Ebon Blade, and we are opening our ranks to those who feel a kinship with those of us who are loyal to both Alliance and Acherus. From within its dark halls secrets of horrific necromancy march as tools in the hands of those who would use darkness for the good of all. We live by these simple rules:
1. Do no harm to a Knight of the Ebon Blade regardless of political affiliation, save when they threaten your own life.
2. Loyalty to the Ebon Blade first, Alliance second, and personal goals last.
3. Wage war with honor and decisive, pragmatic action: morality when possible, expediency when not.
We are a place of the shadows, dark and light mixed to provide all the tools necessary for forming our sanction, our statement of intent. We operate out of Acherus, the Ebon Hold, and with the generous allowance of the Argent Crusade, we maintain offices in Light's Hope Chapel for those not permitted in the Ebon Hold's sacred halls. Seek out Commander Gondorin Ragefang, veteran of Northrend and proud Knight of the Ebon Blade, to join our ranks.

((The Ebon Sanction has adopted a new RP concept, and we're recruiting! Military in structure, we're dedicated to keeping Death Knight-themed RP alive, and welcoming of all who would serve the Alliance with dedication and pragmatism! We are not a place for holiness, but we are not enemies of the Holy Light. Find me in-game for an interview to join our ranks. We're building from the ground up, so guild chat, which is 100% in-character (we maintain an OOC channel for guild members as well), will be quiet until we can shore up our ranks. You can help with that! On the mechanical end of things, we offer:
1. A level 15 guild.
2. A four-tab bank filled to the brim with mats to help with leveling alts.
3. The intent to run regular Dungeon Finder and Raid Finder runs in Mists of Pandaria.
4. Regular involvement in Cenarion Circle's larger RP community. Pants optional!
5. Involvement in RP-PvP events, and a willingness to form Arena teams once guild membership is stable.
6. A casual environment: we don't have attendance requirements (real life happens!), but we ask that you try to be on fairly regularly; members who don't log on for a month are put at an Inactive rank, and are removed from the guild if gone for another 30 days).
If you can't find me in-game, talk to anyone in the AllianceOOC channel and ask if I'm around; it's possible I'm over in Diablo 3, at which point one of the regulars there who has me on Real ID can get a message to me. If not that, send me in-game mail! We're looking for those who are either experienced or new RPers who are serious about forming a great RP guild, and not just benefitting from guild bank contents or guild level perks.
