message to the wardens

90 Worgen Druid

Rachel sat through the most boring time of her life, an audit of Redrum Inc. She listened as Keyesh calmly and confidently answered all of Veronia's questions. After the ordeal she ran to the nearest boat and let it take off, there she used her matter transmitter to move her to Everlook.

Rachel had a busy job keeping up with the illicit operations, but never showed it. She had to keep her composure so that she could remain out of the Warden's main gaze. It was smart, she was the only one running the operations that funded Redrum's darker side and was the sole person that had access to these funds.

She got down on all fours and her body began to shift into a semblance of the cat form that most druids are fond of and she bolted off to the location of the records. Upon her arrival to the old Winterspring compound, she dropped a hologram generator to show her in the house doing regular things such as eat and clean up while she actually snuck to the cave near the house.

In the cave she avoided her traps and the dwellers of the cave until she found the lock box where she kept the ledger that held all records of the illegal activities. She bit down on the lock and it unlocked for her. She closed the ledger and locked the box after she recorded the information about the Moonwell Sample.

She sneaked back into the old compound and deactivated the hologram and strolled out the door, dropped onto all fours and teleported to Stormwind from her regular spot in Everlook.

Keyesh paced back and fourth upon his home as he considered the events taking place for him, not only does he have one Warden following him around he now has two it would appear. How he can avert there gaze and attention was another thing, he needed a diversion this he knew of course he never wanted to harm Talanus cat. However, she probed too closely to thing she should not, he would never harm them and most his spells has been nothing more then illusionary trickery for the most part.

However, he would, use offensive spells if the need be though he would regret those actions, but if they took action against him, he knew they would not give him any chance. At last he failed twice already first attempt to avert there attention away from him was contacting the watch, the second attempt causing the cat to fall asleep. He muttered to himself on how persistent they are against him. Luckily, he had a fall back plan if things went down hill upon his mission, he had a client sin’dorei that desired a sample of the moon wells and paid him well for those samples and he assured them that he would not fail to acquire such an item.

He glanced around as he grabbed the bottle that contained the moon well in his hands, and closed his eyes and chanted softly and as he magically found himself travelling through the astral planes transporting himself from his home compound all the way to Eversong woods. As he appeared, he stood there gazing around the place, noting the buildings and the guards patrolling and so he pressed forward not wanting to be late for his meeting. The others knew of his arrival so they were prepared to welcome him as they nodded in accordance to his passing

Thankful that he was alone and that the distraction with Luna and the operations of his mercenary guild both the wardens would be busy and would not be able to follow him, two soldiers appeared before Keyesh and offered there greetings and escorted him safely into the city of Silvermoon. A smile spread across his face, oh how he missed the city life here so much better and the freedom to practice his arcane freely. It was a wonderful and peaceful life when he was here, of course he decided to make a detour as he entered the city and headed into the inn upon murder row and ordered himself some wine as he awaited his client to appear before him, he sent a messenger to find her and quickly. he sat down upon the chair his feet propped against the table taking in the sights before him, and not for the first time either wondering why he ever left this place… there he casually sipped his wine, while gazing upon the crystal vial that contains the moon well’s sample in it as it glowed a light blue color. He allowed his hair to flow down his shoulders and freely down as he seemed almost hypnotized upon the power of the well itself.

The messenger arrived at the little tailoring shop in the Court of The Sun just as Dreamsong finished handing over a purchase to a customer.

Dream thanked the messenger and tipped him for his service before she turned to her assistant as she pulled off her work apron. "Keelen, watch the shop. I have to leave for a little while and take care of a matter to which I must attend."

"Yes, Mistress," Keelen answered, taking her apron from her an hanging it up.

Murder Row was not far from the Court, but Dream was eager to pick up her precious purchase. She steeped briskly out of the shop and hopped on her Talbuk which was stabled nearby. She spurred the beast into a canter to get to the inn quickly.

After tying the beast up outside, she hopped down and strode in with the air of a champion who had earned her due respect. She nodded to the innkeeper who bowed to her before striding over to where the Kal'Dorei was sitting.

"Keyesh," she said in the soothing contralto voice of one who had practiced singing for many years, "Thank you for your timely arrival."

He turned to regard the women with a curious eye as he stood there, he kept the cowl over his head pulled covering half his face and features ‘’ Ah you must be the one. ‘’ As he spoke with the language of the sin’dorei as easily as he would with his own ‘’ I have required with quite difficulty the samples you seek. ‘’ He leaned against the large chairs as he eyed her ‘’ Was not easy to contain the sample especially two wardens always watching every movement you make, for the simple fact of being a highborne. I am an open target for them of course you understand such a situation ‘’ he rummaged through his bags, while carefully taking out the sample of the moon well he acquired with such difficulties. He then places it openly before her ‘’ If they were to see me now my life would be forfeit. Not only upon the kal’dorei, but for the people of the alliance would never trust me again they would label me a traitor amongst there ranks. ‘’ He passes the vial over ‘’But I suppose the money is worth the risk we could use the funds to run the operation ‘’ he stated as he leaned back sipping his wine eyeing her to see what she would do. ‘’ I also have the respect gained from the people here to help aid the cause of finding the cure for there addiction, I do hope you find a cure for your people milady I have great respect for the sin’dorei and there way of life ‘’ he added calmly as he seemed so relaxed. ‘’ I do expect my payment in full, do not make me regret my actions milady ‘he left it at that as he sighed in content with his drink. Eyeing the moon well again, and wondering if this was indeed worth the risk and knowing full well what will happen if they caught him.

Oh how Celendrin loved stalking people within the shadows. Especially this one man. Keyesh Shadowstorm, an interesting Elf. Cel' remembered the request given to him by Talanus as he thought back to their conversation only a few moments ago.

"Follow him constantly, but do not get caught. If he sees you, do what you do best and make an excuse or something," Said Talanus worried. " But most importantly, fine that vial he took of the Moonwell!"

Day by day Talanus seemed to get more and more tired in Celendrin's eyes. He had never seen Tal' look so....old before, though he was only 4,000 years of age. But his thought quickly came back to the matter as he heard Keyesh begin to enchant words. A familiar spell he had heard many times, he was making a portal to go to Silvermoon City. As he watched Keyesh disappear he quickly jumped into the portal where keyesh had once stood.

It was so bright on the other side, but sure enough there it was, Silvermoon City. A place he loved to rob in the night, Sin'dorei were never careful with locking up there belongings. Celendrin remained in the shadow as he followed Keyesh to a bar, and sure enough, some little Sin'dorei had sat next to him, he lurched as close as he could without being notable, of course...he was in stealth, but Cel' always had a knack of breaking it to beat people to a pulp for talking some sort of smack about his kind. But this time he remained in the shadows, listening, waiting, and granted he was quite bored...But in the end it was for something. He watched as Keyesh slipped the Blood Elf the vial Talanus had been talking about. Cel' knew that if they were to bring him down, he would need that vial.

So it was then he decided he would wait, see where the Blood Elf placed it, what she did with it, then infiltrate and grab. Cel joked to himself reminding himself to not get caught eating food out of the owners pantry like he did last time.... But for now, he would wait and watch the woman from afar and in the shadow.

Dreamsong's eyes glittered as she eyed the vial, "Your efforts are acknowledged with gratitude," she said, taking the vial with reverence. She lifted the vial to her face to peer into it and then caught her breath. Her eyes hooded as the incredible power of the moonwell, even this tiny amount of it, overtook her and fed her cravings.

"Such power...It's incredible. As the lore has said," she breathed. After a long moment she swallowed and blinked rapidly, and then immediately muttered a word, and the vial vanished into thin air.

"No, no temptation. Not now."

She cleared her throat and recomposed herself before looking squarely at Keyesh.

"I can assure you this will not be made the business of the Horde, the Alliance, or the Kal'dorei. This is my personal research, and I want no interference. I appreciate your well wishes in my work and for our people. Here."

She lifted her hands and muttered an arcane word rapidly, manifesting a large sack of gold between her fingers that she levitated over the short space to Keyesh, "You have well-earned this, plus a small bonus for your trouble."

Verronia held her hand against her head, sitting behind her desk at home, and surrounded, as usual, by every manner of scroll and tome. Sitting in front of her though was a nondescript looking brown-covered book, the one for the recent audit.

Kyalin was soon to arrive after she had finished, looking around the organized mess with mild interest, scanning the floor to avoid stepping on a stray thumbtack or something. She stopped in front of the desk, looking at Verronia curiously. "Finished?"

There was an ungrateful sting from that word somehow, and the sideways quirk of Kyalin's head betrayed that she had picked up on the furrowed brow that the word had seemed to produce on Verronia's face. "I have, yes..."

Kyalin just looked at her expectantly.

Sighing, she continued. "Clean on the information I reviewed and clean on compliance. I couldn't find anything that suggested that he did anything wrong either."

"I noticed you've left out controls."

Verronia nodded. "Very poor, but I stepped up my substantive procedures to compensate. The person involved with parts of the custody functions is involved with the person who authorizes the contracts, and the bookkeeper receives the company's revenues."

Kyalin just stood there and stared at the mage. "So, what you're telling me is that they could sneak anything past and you wouldn't be able to tell."

Sighing again, Verronia nodded again. "Yes, the potential for collusion and the mixing of duties is enough to get anything past. An audit isn't designed to detect fraud, after all, and..."

"And it was completely fruitless." Kyalin finished.

"Kyalin..." Verronia started.

Kyalin shook her head, holding her hand up. "It isn't your fault. I've learned enough from you to know that." Her eyes followed some old articles and pronouncements tacked to the wall that Verronia had picked up during her extensive time in Stormwind, detailing years of news and important documents when she learned the trade of a bookkeeper in the human city before the Cataclysm. "I did find something though just the other day: him speaking with another individual about trying to find contacts within the Horde, which corroborated something that a... new friend of mine had said about him playing both sides."

Verronia leaned back in her chair, gesturing with both hands forward, the way that her old boss used to. "Well, there you go, you've got him."

Kyalin slowly nodded, angling her head downward afterward. "I know. I just wanted your opinion on it."

Verronia's previously raised eyebrows dropped, giving way to an attentive, yet unsure expression. "You're not going to act on this, are you?"

Kyalin straightened her posture and stared at Verronia again, her mood as unreadable as usual behind that steel mask. "I'll use my discretion."

He gazed upon her for the moment as he noted her reaction to the moon well’s power already, a sly smirk spreads across his face ‘’ I see you have sense the power in it as I have’’ he said calmly. As his eyes narrow, it was not the first time he thought about it and not the last time, he thought of drinking its power and grasping it, something his people feared to do. It make you become something more, something powerful perhaps ‘’ I hope you know what you are doing ‘’ he said calmly as he got up and glanced around brushing his cloak down upon him. gazing upon the female blood elf as she stood there

He looked at her for the moment ‘’ the moon well it’s different, unlike the well of eternity. I have yet to study it’s contents myself ‘’ he added softly ‘’ They’d never would of let me in the first place study the moon wells ‘’

(Okay added the last part enjoy)

"I hope so as well. It's that difference that I'm banking on. Perhaps it's balancing power will help us."

She bowed graciously before the night elf before turning to leave. "I wish you well, sir. I must return to my shop."

As he nodded in agreement about the meeting being over, he took in another swig of his drink and finished it as he placed it down upon the table. ‘’ Let us hope it does work ‘’ he said as he looked upon the coins, pocking it as he always does, with a side ways glance ‘’ I must go back before they grow suspicious of my disappearance best of luck to you. ‘’ He produced his wand as he twirls it around his slender fingers as his eyes narrowed, as he considered his next course.

He turned and made sure the street was empty and he chanted softly and teleported himself out of the area. (Not creating a rift ensuring no one follows him so you know)

He soon appears within the Mage Tower in the Stormwind District, nothing ever seems to change within the city. He walks out towards a large green opening and down a flight of stairs that lead to the outside of the tower and into the nice cool open air as the breeze gently brushed his face. He would of went to Darnassuis, however with recent events he dared not risk it especially with the Wardens constant glare and scowling visages upon him.

Now that his job was, complete his business arrangement with the Sin’dorei well one Sin’dorei who hoped to find a cure for her people. He moved towards his favorite bar the blue recluse and as he entered the bar, it appeared to be quiet now. With a sigh of relief on that he motioned towards the bar, asked the tender for the usual of his drink, and walked over to his favorite spot in the bar where he is able to view the entrance clearly. He sipped his drink in silence as he leaned back comfortably as he tried to figure out his other issue concerning two kal’dorei wardens

Dream nodded to the Kal'dorei, and turned to walk out of the inn. She paused for a moment to speak a couple of murmured words in Thalassian to the innkeeper. The innkeeper nodded rapidly and bowed before returning to her duties, and Dream headed outside.

Mounting her talbuk, she clicked her tongue and started it walking back to her shop in the Court of the Sun.

Laman enters the Blue Recluse, With each step came the sound of plate on wood. A common noise too hear in the bar. The smell of smoke and alcohol fills his nostrils as he comes up too the railing. He glances around the Bar taking in each person sitting around and drinking, His eyes fall on Keyesh momentarily, But he was sure he saw it. He looked paranoid and sleep deprived, Something was weighing on his mind deeply...

Keyesh had asked him too speak with a Warden of Darnassus, So he did calmly and casually eventually leading too what he hoped was a cease-fire between them in Stormwind. Laman was sure that was what he was thinking about now.

He eventually takes out his notebook and writes something down quietly. Afterwards he looks up again at Keyesh, He seemed too be deeply in thought... They must have given him trouble outside the city... But I'm sure Keyesh may have done something too provoke it... he thought.

He places his notebook back into his satchel and walks over to the table Keyesh was sitting at, He and Keyesh have been friends for a year or so now, He takes a seat and looks over at him. Keyesh made no move to regard him as he sat down, So he spoke too get his attention. "Keyesh, You look like you've just killed someone... You also look like you need a pint or six..." Humor had never been one of Laman's strong points in conversation but alas he had too do something.

He shifts slightly in his seat, His Corporal insignia sways as he does as he waits for Keyesh too make a response.

He turned to regard Laman as he sipped his drink casually ‘’ business as usual for the most part to answer your question, it has been stressful as of late. ‘’ He shrugged slightly as if it was no big deal, ignoring the whole killing someone comment and sighs placing his cup down. ‘’ So I trust things are well within the city sir? ‘’ he looks at him changing the subject as he regains his composure a bit. ‘’ I hope things are well at the least ‘’ he added in a calm tone as he showed no emotion upon his face, a bit weary and tired from the constant use of his teleportation spells but that was normal for him. He sipped his drink quietly as he eyed him with curiosity ‘’ what brings you to these parts? ‘’ taking a sip of his drink after words with a content sigh

After knocking for the fifth time, Kyalin simply opened the door, carefully taking appraisal of her surroundings. Verronia was supposed to be here, and after a moment of searching it turned out she was, but it didn't take long to figure out why she didn't answer the door.

The warden rushed over, kneeling to rouse the collapsed mage. She didn't take long to wake up, moving her hand to rub the back of her head.

"Verronia, what happened?"

Verronia shook her head, groaning. "You naive moron... what made you think that something like this wasn't going to happen?"

Laman eyes Keyesh, He was sure something was definitely wrong. He nods regardless, "Stormwind rarely changes... And I'm taking a break from my patrol. Since my chat with your Warden Friend, You haven't been around very often. So, Seeing you here looking like this made me... Curious, I suppose." He turns his gaze to the person who mentioned a killing and Laman sighs before looking back too Keyesh.

He shifts slightly before speaking. "Keyesh, Whatever you're doing... I suggest you keep it far from Stormwind, However, If I find out something has already happened here I will have you arrested..." He emphasizes arrested.

He leaves a few coins on the table for Keyesh's next drink and stands up too leave. "Tread Carefully." he nods and turns to leave the Recluse, The day was bright and he had decided too look into this matter personally.

Keyesh... Watch yourself... he thought.

He sipped his drink silently and muttered to himself in between drinks, as he sipped it calmly as he eyed the corporal. He laid down his drink after he gave him a few coins for his next one, he took in his every word and studied him carefully and he knew he had to be careful around the watch and Stormwind for now on and not let anything slip out about what he is doing anymore in the public.

He took a final swig of his drink and picked up the coins and tossed it to the bar keeper ‘’ For the next person to come in wanting to drink, I don’t care who desires it ‘’ he said as he gave a nod, going back to his work cleaning the bar. He turned and left soon after. He glanced around at the empty streets and let out a sigh as the fresh air came upon him his cloak fluttering lightly against the wind; it revealed his crystal dagger

He looked at his dagger for the moment as he brought it out and watched it carefully and twirled it easily with his fingers. ‘’ To close for comfort my friend ‘’ he muttered softly to himself as he considered his next move, placing the dagger upon his sheath he decided that it was time for him to depart the city for now..

As he walked down the streets in the Mage distract he turns and walks down the canals and heads for the bridge passing through the calm waters underneath he glanced at it and sighed softly, he would miss it here he thought to himself. He headed to the flight master in the Trade Distract and he spotted Keyesh and with a nod ‘’ Where to today sir? ‘’ he asked in a more business like tone. He gave pause and considered his options and he was careful to where he wanted to go. He gave him a few coins

''Booty Bay '' was all he said and he sent him on his way.

((Sorry me or Tal haven't posted, been away at comic-con))

Celendrin watched as Keyesh teleported out. He was smart this time and left no rift. That was fine, it wasn't the first time Celendrin had been trapped in enemy territory. But those are stories for another time. As he turned around he say the Sin'dorei women mounting and preparing to leave. Oh how he loved to stalk people, it was a profound art of his. In order to steal from them or kill them, you needed to know every detail of them. Their walk, breathing, heart, the way they moved, acted, how they kept their house, furniture, every detail was more important then the next. And keeping in the shadow was just as important.

He followed her til she stopped at what appeared to be a store. He chuckled to himself muttering.

"Oh, I wonder what kind of cash she carries in here.....Might as well not check, let's hope she does hide this vial in here.."

((Most of this RP I will be doing on here on this thread as I am trying to level a new toon to 85 as quickly as possible so I will not be on a lot, but I will be posting on here more))

Tal' was sitting in the Recluse, his eyes tired, as was the rest of his body, he hadn't slept for days. He was busy either keeping an eye on Keyesh or in Hyjal with the other Wardens. This was his first break he had received in many many days. What was more odd was that Jo had given him his usual Moonberry for free, saying it was paid by some one earlier. Talanus didn't dare touch it, paranoid or not, there were many he paid to have others killed by drinking down a poison, Tal' wouldn't risk it, he simply sat and brought out his sketchbook.

Luna had been sleeping next to him the whole time, he looked away from his sketch to smile at her and give her a small pat on the head, it was the first time he had seen her sleep in peace for quite awhile. But her sleep was to be disturbed when Tal and her both smelt the scent of some one walking into the Recluse.

"Now who could it be," Tal' thought to himself.
