I hate being bothered...
I never did get a reply from that shadowcaster Sekhesmet, but he's a close enough link to my enemies that I still keep tabs on him. My hunters even reported something lovely, a little figure stalking through the Undercity to try and find him. And who the tiny figure reported to was even more intriguing...
My sister is with them, I know that. But the issue... I can't step in so easily, and if my hunters intervene, then she'll be too ready. No no, something... better...
ORENAKU!
Climbing aboard my soul-fed nether drake, I take flight to the small home in Redridge, switching disguises; a holy shroud surrounded me as I hopped off at the nearby hills, away from the town, before walking in. My Argent tabard affixed to my robes, I stepped towards the simple abode, slipping inside when I saw no one was there.
But there was something that would send a very powerful message... evidently, they had a child. No one home at the moment... perfect.
Setting down the smallest fel crystal I had, about the size of a small cherry, right near the crib, I step back outside and apply a lovely little note to the door.
"I could do much worse. Return the rotter to Undercity."
Leaving the town and climbing back atop Orenaku, I paused briefly, giggling to myself.
These days, things were getting very... interesting.
