Brae's head tilted at the slight catch in her voice, but she left well enough alone. There was time enough to find out what was behind it without pushing. She chuckled good naturedly, instead. "N-not my b-best sp-specialty, b-but I d-do know a f-few sp-spells like th-that, y-yes."
She tugged a curl and nudged Siame back into the basket. "Wh-when is th-the delivery d-due?" Her mind was half on this conversation and half rolling over earlier that morning. She could still smell trouble lingering in the tavern. Ell and Saki would have fits, she was sure...but as long as she didn't violate the neutrality of the AAMS, she could follow her piqued curiosity to her heart's content.
"Y-your t-tea is g-getting cold." She tapped the mug with a word and warmed it back up. "And you l-look like you c-could u-use m-more sl-sleep."
