I need a blacksmith to make Earthpeace Breastplate, the plans for which are a 1.07% drop chance off of Freywinn in Botanica, and the plans are BoP or else I wouldn't have to come here!

I'd be willing to tip and pay for services, anything at or under 1,000 gold.
