I want to say I am so sorry for you loss.

One of my fondest memories of Neia was running ICC with We Take Candle and I believe it was you playing Neia for her while she told you in no uncertain terms how to play her over Vent. I can still hear her yelling about being left in the traps to be poisoned! :)

She will definitely be missed.

Out of all the raids, she loved ICC the most. When she told me she was going into ICC for the first time, she was so scared. She didn't think she could do it. But I knew she could.

Neko, you will be missed...

I'm sorry for your loss, Mallakk. It sounds like she was somebody that you really cared about. I heard her name mentioned a few times, but I don't think I ever met her. I feel bad that I didn't.

Rest in peace.

If she was in Zen Raiders, she must have had an Alliance alt. What was her Alliance character's name? I'd like to know if I knew her.

Regardless, I offer my condolences. Death is a part of life, but that doesn't make it easy when it happens to someone we care about. And, even in cases where I didn't know the person, I am always saddened when I hear about the loss of a fellow WoWer. May she rest in peace.

I'm sorry I never got a chance to know her, but you have my deepest sympathies and well wishes, and it sounds like I missed out big time by not meeting her in this life.

May I ask what happened?

EDIT: Never mind, found the obit in another thread. Sorry to hear it.

I'm not really sure why, but something about this just speaks to me, and I wanted to offer my sympathies as well...I'm very new to the realm, having only just started here with the Cataclysm, and have never played Horde, but even without ever meeting her it certainly sounds like a very worthy person was taken way before her time.

Best of luck to you.

Was it an unforeseen death? aka not of old age?

I am sorry for your loss and will keep you and your family in my prayers. I ran with her a few times and she was a wonderfull person from what little interaction I had with her. If you need to talk feel free to hit me up, even if you need to vent or whatever. I am sure this is alot to handle for you and your family.

Neiakao used to be a Nelf Druid, but changed over to Tauren after she left Zen.

Yes, it was. From my understanding, it was a pulmonary embolism. Basically, a blood clot traveled from her leg to her lungs, and suffocated her. She passed out and never woke up...

She was also known under the names of Tharya, Lythea, Xanestira, and a few others. They were great characters in RP, and will be missed.

When I get WoW back, I will be organizing two funerals, one horde and one alliance, both in places she felt a strong connection to the game.

I am expecting to have my computer back shortly. In the meantime, I am planning on holding the Horde service in Thunderbluff, and the Alliance service in Darnassus. Where and when will be determined when I am back online.

If you wish to pay your respects, when I am back online, send me an in-game mail, and I will make sure to add you to the raid party.

The funerals will be both IC and OOC.

Though I never met her personally, either in-game or in reality, I am woefully sorrowful to hear of your loss, Mallakk. From the words spoken here it seems the server has lost someone of great value. Our hearts go out her loved ones and families, both in the real world and in WoW.
