Ok, So myself, my girlfriend, and a buddy or 3 are thinking of transfering servers, we were impressed with the RP guilds in terms of the lack of trade chat spam, and the general atmosphere.

However We are also looking for Hardcore/Serious raiding guilds...am I barking up the wrong tree on RP servers or are there good ones that exist?

What we bring to the table: minimum of 3 very dedicated players; I play DK (Dps/Tank), Druid (Heals/DPS (boom)), Pally (Tank/Heals); GF: 9 80's (3 primary kingslayers, all heals), Buddy 1: Mage, Rogue, Druid (Tank/DPS), Buddy 2 if comes: Warrior (Tank), Priest (heals/dps); Buddy 3 if comes: Druid (Tank/Dps (Boom)

The big catch I guess for most is...4 outta 5 of us (or 2 outta 3 if the other two don't come) are in the military, and work rotating shiftwork..so we can't always make EVERY raid depending on work schedule, however if we can make it we are always there.

Anyways enough rambling from me, happy hunting:)

PS: 2 outta 3 of us are also old school RP geeks from Dalnet/Sorcerynet

Are you all, completely Alliance? Depending on how you answer that question, we might invite you over for a raid or for dinner.

Oh, before I forget, last question! Do you know if you taste better with ketchup or bbq sauce?

*Edit* To be more helpful there are a number of very good raiding guilds on both sides of the faction divide. You probably won't get any world firsts on SoE, but I think we have a solid raiding community. I like our server quite a bit. ^^

If you are transferring Ally side, there are several guilds looking for raiders.

I am personally looking to flesh out a few solid 10man teams for Cata raiding.

Do any of you have raid leading experience?

Not so much with Wrath, xfered to a friends server to help them out with their guild, but they were more casual. But before that yes tons, was an officer in 2 hardcore raid guilds in BC, GM/Co-GM of another in Vanilla so lead raids within MC, BWL, AQ, Kara, ETC when they were still relevant and useful raids lol.

As for wrath I know all the fights, just never lead them

If you can get ahold of me in game. I'll be doing many, many dungeon/heroic runs pre Cata raiding to gear people up. Cata raiding will likely start around early January and should be comprised of some solid raiders. For now the dungeons are my proving grounds hehe.

Eventually I'll have to pass off the original team to get the next one(s) formed. It'd be nice to have someone with experience which is why I asked.

The idea is to get several 10 mans that can collapse into 25s if so desired.

Well trying to find a RP/Serious raid guild is very hard.
