I understand you are ranting. but if they are in a guild that they can't get Heroic kills, should they just stop raiding? Why shouldn't they be able to raid with another guild on their server or another server. Perhaps they will get some raid experience and info that they can share with their guild to help progress and get those heroic kills.
Yes I understand what you are saying and agree. But when it's most of the guild and it's Heroic Mar'gok?
Who cares pugging for Heroic and normal mode kills isn't any different than pugging for normal mode kills in SoO last expansion.
it's not pugging when it's 2nd or 3rd week of content.......
