We're a progression guild that has been quietly dwelling in the underbelly of SoE. When we raid we get !@!! done. We are currently 8/12.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for raiders who are dedicated, prepared, and attentive. We need people who show up and are ready to raid. Too much time is dedicated to waiting on people, buffing up, and fight re-explanation. Tanks and heals are priority. Range DPS are close behind (that means you filthy hunters).
Expectations
Activity. This is the most important. Active good players get put in raid groups.
Know your class. Rotation, required stats, ideal specs, and gear should be second nature. Debate and theorycraft among others is great, but if you don't know the first thing about your class and it really shows then don't bother.
Be self-sufficient. We have all professions. We support those that prove themselves to an extent. We don't charge people for work. Have the herbs? We have the alchemist. We'll gear you up, but you won't be pampered.
Be capable. Vent is required. You don't have to talk. Other recommended add-ons are a plus - DBM and Omen.
Be prepared. Flasks, glyphs, spec, enchants, gems, watch/read fights. Minor explanations for fights might be given before, but you should already be familiar, have commentary, etc.
Gearing is not entirely important. Raid ready is preferred 340(+) but below is accepted, but if you do not put any effort on your side you will be neglected in gearing. We are a progression guild first a leveling/prepping/gearing guild second.
Sense of humor and not easily (impossible) to offend. Vent gets vulgar now and again and we're all real familiar with each other and %!#@ around and have fun. To put it bluntly - you fit in or you don't.
When We Raid
Mo,Tu,Th, Fri. 7:30~10.
Weekends tend to be a thrown together whatever or continued progression if groups agree.
Loot Distribution
We use a loot council that favors attendance, performance, and need.
