Almost Motivated [Horde - Sisters of Elune] is looking for a few exceptional players to continue progressing in Hard Modes!
Our core contingent has been playing together for close to 5 years. We aim to upkeep a small crew of devoted raiders rather than a large group of casual attendants. We are looking for a few mature players who wish to raid competitive content and hopefully become permanent members of our closely-knit team.
Attitude is important. Approach each fight equipped with fully chanted/gemmed gear, flasks, food and potions.
Versatility is important. Have two raid-viable specs and be ready to participate in unfamiliar roles.
Understanding is important. Understand that, at some point, you will be required to: sit from a raid, switch specs, get removed from a raid, replace someone mid-raid, receive criticism, wipe repeatedly.
We Actively Seek:
- 1 Balance Druid (Moonkin!) with Resto or Feral Bear offspec.
- 1 Hunter
Minimum Raiding Criteria:
- Average gear level: 346 (min)
- Fully enchanted and gemmed.
- Ability to uphold a minimum of 75% raiding attendance (3 out of 4 raids).
Almost Motivated – Who We Are:
- Realm: Sisters of Elune
- Faction: Horde
- 10-man casual raiding guild – 3 days / week
- Currently 12/12 Regular, 4/13 Hard Mode
- Raids are three times per week for a total of 10 hours.
o Tuesdays 7:45 pm – 11:00 pm EST
o Thursdays 7:45 pm – 11:00 pm EST
o Sundays 6:45 pm – 11:00 pm EST
o Raids start at 8pm sharp (7pm on Sundays). Raiders are required to be raid-ready 15 minutes before raid start.
- Mature personnel, aged between 30-45. Most with active family lives.
- No DKP system.
- Targeted roster size: 14 raiders.
Check all drama at the door. We, very truthfully, will not put up with it.
