Hey everyone,
We're looking for a few good players to round out our team. We currently have one last role to fill, and that is a mDPS with a strong offtank spec. We'd love to see a warrior in this role but are open to other options as well. A druid or a DK would be the most likely candidates barring a warrior.
Some things to consider before applying:
We are building this team to be seriously competitive in the next raiding tier. We are well on our way for this one and will be in heroic modes within the next month or so. Next raid we are looking to hit the ground running and waste no time in clearing the content, so we're looking for A-game people!
While we don't expect applicants to have seen all of the content we're working on, we do need fast learners that are already geared at least through heroic 5-mans. Ideally you'd be a pro raider who was maybe a little late to getting to 85 and missed your guild's first push through content, or maybe you're just not happy with your current setup. Be familiar with the content through strats and videos if you haven't seen the actual fights yet. At this point in this team's progression you should be as familiar as you can be with all normal raid content. Our current progression targets are Cho'Gall and Nef, and once this last spot is filled we expect to be in heroics shortly. Nothing is more of a turn-off then clearing the trash up to the boss and finding out that someone hasn't read the strat or watched a video yet. We will explain in detail all you want, but do your homework first!
We don't force people into "backup" spots on our team unless there is a performance issue. If we end up over, we do rolls for spots that are done in a fair way that makes sure no full-time raider sits often. Our team is composed entirely of adults, and as such we understand that life gets in the way sometimes. This is why we're looking for mature folks who are serious about raiding and looking to be a part of a stable team.
Please note that as of right now this really is the last role we need to fill on the team at the moment. As such we need to be very discerning in who we bring on as far as class/role and, more importantly, the skill and demeanor of the player. However, we always like to see applications from all folks who are interested in us. Even if we don't have room right now, you never know what will happen in the future.

<After Dark> is one of the top horde side guilds on the server. We spent a lot of time among the leaders on progression throughout LK, and we intend to kick it up even more for Cataclysm. We're a late-night guild, and this team runs raids on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays from 9p - 12p server (PST). We offer free feasts, discounted flasks/cauldrons, free enchants wherever possible, and a friendly and accessible leadership and member roster.
We're looking for long-term folks who are going to help us push through progression content throughout the entire expansion and beyond, so we use a two-week trial to make sure it's a good fit for both parties before extending full membership. Once you're in, we do everything we can to work with you and keep you on the team and happily raiding.
