PUBLIC NOTICE
A small coalition of Horde and Alliance workers was able to restore and clean most of the buildings in the Ruins of Taurajo this Monday evening. Looters remain a problem, nearly all of the strays from the ongoing conflict, but at least a temporary shelter has been created. If the Horde moves swiftly to defend, Taurajo could be a viable settlement again.
I'm pleased to report that work was done peacefully and in cheerful cooperation between Horde and Alliance. Fighting covered much of the Barrens, but not Taurajo. Peace has been given at least a small toehold -- though a tenuous one, still in need of much care. I have seen enough passion for defending the Barrens from the Horde in recent weeks to be comfortably assured that Taurajo's new settlers will get all the help they need.
From Taurajo the AAMS turns its eyes northward. Ashenvale is another land torn and divided, with whole settlements wiped from the map. We will announce a Renewal Project within the great forest in the week to come, but tonight is Taurajo's. Whatever else occurred, peaceful work was done in tandem by willing members of both factions.
I am very proud of the Horde, the Alliance, and the AAMS this evening. Despite dissent, we have done a good thing. May we be so fortunate in Ashenvale.
