World of Warcraft®

I picked out this server because I was hoping to finally get into the wider realm of Warcraft roleplay, so a regular levelling guild simply will not do! Is there anyone out there looking for new blood, fresh to the server but eager to try my hand at RP?

((If you were Horde-side, I would strongly recommend Homeland. ^^; We're a great bunch of folks, and the RP always abounds. What I might suggest if you're trying to get more into RP is review the thread stickied elsewhere in the CC forums about some of the different in-game channels available. I find this can be a GREAT way to start, especially asking a few general questions in OOC chat channels. There's also a thread I think that lists a few RP-specific guilds...reviewing that is prolly also a good place to start, especially if you see one that really fits the character you want to play.))

You could always ask in our OOC channels. Just make sure to bring an umbrella.

Most RP guilds accept characters of any level, and don't have a care on how quickly you level up. (Unless you want to join in with the raids or other endgame things of the guild, then YOU might care!) Some guilds are heavily theme-based while others cater to almost all kinds of characters--the best way to choose is to pick the RP theme that your character would most fit into.

A good starting place is the guild finder in game. Just tell it to only find RP guilds and look through the themes and see what your character would fit best with. The forums and OOC channel that people already braught up are good too, but don't include some of the newer guilds or depend upon who is online at the time.

All good suggestions, I'll get busy with that now! Including yours, Drakehide, maybe I will even roll a Horde character just to take you up on that! : O
