Yeah....

back in den old time, I done started the AAMS with a Dwarf name of Fil, don't know where that fella got off to. Anyhoot, we hd us dream of bringing them horde and alliance together via diplomacy and free trade, 'course, that didn't work out so well, and pretty soon the money took over the ideals, as things will I reckon.

I handed over the reins eventually, lemme think now.... After me come a feller by the name of Grummak as CEO (that'd be the feller who started the Spring Ball..or what have you, I dunno, never was one much few socialisin..), then it were me agin fer a while, then a fine lady by the named of Engrid. She were one of the ones what were responsible for the AAMS becoming a real force ta be reckoned with. We made quite a crew back then...we shore did...

/snif...

s'cuse me, think ah got something stuck in mah eye....

/shuffle back into anonymity...

Then came the many waves of different CEOs. Me, Wildshot, I THINK Zandrama and Sulfon, Spinock, Zibanziban and Erektor were big names but not sure if they was ever CEO, Akiae, Andelia/Aeldgyth, Derscha. Some of those were after vanilla, but you get the idea.

TL;DR: most of the oldies in AAMS have been CEO at one time or another. XD

Ya know Yotingo, reckon yer right. Need calls, any one of us is usually willing ta step up and do what gotter be done.

Quite talented bunch we AAMS (current and former) folks is, and we all got one thing in common, the continued health and safety of The Company, and all the people of Azeroth. Folks ougtta keep in mind, be ye Horde or Alliance, the AAMS is on yer side.

I remember hanging around with Engrid back at the Ratchet Tavern, drinking, dancing, being verbally abused by my boss. Those were the days.

Oh, and I remember a rumor that went around back then, about how all AAMS CEOs eventually go, err, completely insane. Can't say if that's true in every case, but for the half-dozen I've met . . .

I believe Engrid had multiple runs of the AAMS rather than a single long one, and /may/ have been the one who spent the longest amount of time as CEO. I may be mistaken on that one, mind you. I do miss Engrid :(

Ah, anyway, after one of Engrid's tenures, Zandrama was CEO. I believe after her, the next new CEOs were Akiae, Sulfon, Andelia, then finally Derscha.

I do believe Derscha is the first true CEO that is primarily Alliance, heh, depending what we count Fil as. Ah, Fil. No idea where he vanished off to, but I remember helping escort him to Tanaris back when he first mentioned the idea to me, and he was only level 30 or so. Mind you, I didn't do a very good job of escorting him, and I had to go run off whilst he swam in the Tanaris ocean, but.

Was a rogue.

The CEO was a rogue? Probably Sulfon then. None of the others have been rogues. (For some reason, this amazes me more than it should.)

Nono, the attempted executor was a rogue.

So the founder of AAMS, before AAMS was founded, was a bloodthirsty High Warlord of the Horde. We knew this because his title was...High Warlord.

I'm sketchy on the details of his arrest, but I'm told he was on a white Worg and was running down the Golden Road in Barrens being chased by several black and white Nightsabers.

Anyway, he was arrested and brought to trial, and was taken to that boss house on Rage Island where two full raids full of Alliance 60's were waiting for the inevitable Horde attack to free the warlord while the trial went on. LET ME TELL YOU THEY WERE CRAFTY.

They dove off the Ratchet-Booty Bay boat and incurred little fatigue as they hit the side they thought was undefended, but I was there and a rogue and I had dual Skullforge Reavers with the Crusader enchant (which, naturally, meant I was full of win) and warned the raids where to press on. All the Horde died but the Warlord's defense counsel slipped him a Soul Shard (because you needed those to summon back in the day) and he was teleported away before the sentence could be handed down.

And then he said he was sorry and gave up his warmongering ways and formed AAMS and I tried to kill him with my Dal'Rend set (which meant I was even more boss) because the new High Warlord with <Team Penguin> was CARATACUS and that shammy did not stand a chance against a combat rogue in Dungeon 1 and DAL'MOTHER*&%^^#-REND.

And then the Orc Warlord died of lung cancer. Totes serious.
This is what I was going on.

Oh man caratacus :3

Anyway he has his lore a bit off (Well cc-lore) as Grummak didn't found the AAMs, but yeah Grummak was the first CEO to have the armistice day ball I think, and was a world raiding warlord that reformed his ways and then later died of lung cancer

I figured it was probably Grummak, but I wasn't sure of most of the details. I still remember wandering into Razor Hill on my Tauren hunter and finding Grummak in the inn, under a self-imposed house arrest. I think I spent most of an evening there, sitting and talking with him.

Well, one of them, at least. Any idea who your friend's character was?
