Hey Cyaer! coming into game soon? I almost have all my mounts loaded.

Man, I sure hope so. I tried all night last night, but the optimization never happened. I waited an hour, nothing. I shut it down, and started back up...three hours later, nothing. My hands are shaking, I'm going through withdrawal...thank the four winds, I have the journal (posted a new one, by the way) and the website (two new entries there, one is the dream...). But I need on so bad I can almost taste it!

Should not take that long Cyaer you need to go to support and see if you can pinpoint the problem. Most often it is simply emptying the cache, interface and wtf files and letting the game continue to load stuff. It took mine a good hour at broadband speeds just to do the optimisation. I set it up and went to the store.

Connecting the dot for the last post:

1) You were given the name, Rattling Joe.

2) He is supposed to help deliver Auxi to someone and then return to the UC.

3) Her bag with the guild stone and the journal are set to be dumped in a lake, and judging from the conversation, one presumably near the UC. If someone wants to find the bag, feel free.

Sorry for not being on, guys. I've been waiting for things to cool down with the new patch, last time I logged on I was on 7 FRPS.....SEVEN!

Not sure if it's just my computer (getting a new one, YAY!) or just the game being glitchy and Blizz trying to fix things up. Mean while I'm writing up posts for the journal so at least it looks like Ash is doing something.

And Cy, read your last journal post, I chuckled, but Ash doesn't love him :P But at least he is feeling what she felt.

Lia, I added to Cyaer's idea, can you have us rescue him somehow on the forums? I had an idea of letting Vira find them and using her demons to control the witch while she frees the rune. We can do that on the forums, I am willing to start a separate thread if you want to.

But Vira needs the rune of Greed to open next part of book and then we go to get the rune of Desire in Kara. I have a plan here, please let me continue with the runes and get to the last 3. I am planning on her dying once more. Then I have a friend coming to help, when he gets new pc and will transfer his level 85 warlock to CC.

I am hoping we can get a good turnout for the raid. we must use level 70 something characters to get credit for the raid. It will give us a big boost in exp for the guild. So anyone who has a character at least 70 but below 80 is going to be in the raid. I hope that satisfies the requirements.

Another day away from WoW...look at me, I'm a wreck! LOL!

Hope to get the laptop updated, and several WoW CDs on the HDD tonight. I hope I can get on by Friday, or Saturday...I kind of miss you folks, you know.

As far as WoW reloads go, if I recall, I only needed to do Cata when I loaded it onto my laptop, not all of 'em.

I hope you're right, Kel. Save me some time. But for some reason, I remember it saying I needed the previous CD on before I could reload the other. But I will try it. Fast is good, right?

I heard it is faster to let the game download than to use the cd's but I am sure it is too late for that. I never had it take that much time. I still think you are stuck like so many are with an outdated system. Even with me when I had to uninstall the game and reinstall, it took 6 hours. That was before Cata, last upgrade has been happening in the background since they ammounced the MOP expansion and I paid for my year. So it will take some time if you did not preorder it.

Control as in what, keep busy? I can manage that, always wanted to write the two on a demon slaughter.

Kel, it did load with just the Cataclysm CD! But it has taken all night to download the new patch. Checked it this morning, up to 26%. Hope it's nearly done when I get off work.

Cyaer, you should know that as soon as you lose contact with the rune you will unfreeze and return to normal. You might be a bit stiff, but I am assuming back to your old roguey self with a few stretches and deep breaths. I would assume you can stealth around and so forth, pick locks, disarm traps. Maybe steal the rune?

Bet he is hungry and thirsty and ready to bolt out the door, but he has a duty to get the rune or try to anyway.

Can hardly wait to get him back with Mia!

The Rune is currently in a box which is being held by the Witch. The door sealed with Shadow magic....

I thought Vira was going to make an appearance or do I need to go back and edit some things?

Well since he released the rune, and avoided getting his hand cutt off, which I do not blame him, Vira will arrive shortly. She will storm the manor and do battle with you, and yes she is following Mia, but Mia does not know it.

Vira figured Mia would go after Cyaer and decided her best bet to find the rune would be to follow Mia.

Ok currently writing up on both Mia and Vira, give me a bit to get it all done.

Well, I knew that once I dropped the rune, I would unfreeze, however someone/something kept me standing there for the short time it took them to retrieve the rune, and leave. And when that door closed, they/it released his body. He is totally unconscious, from the strain of fighting to release the rune. It exhausted him mentally (yeah, I know I'm not a mental giant, hahaha)

As for being hungry or thirsty, I figured he was held in a magical stasis, so he's no more hungry than if he just had lunch from Sunday. He might be stiff, and some quick exercises may limber him up, but he really is out from the mental strain. He may be conscious when you find him, or not.

Edit: I know Krei posted two walls of text, but Solorin did the same thing. So...

Question: Can a rogue use that shadow around the door to shadow dance or slip into shadows to pass through the door? If not, I'll just break a window...if I awaken that is.
