Alright. So I PVP on both sides of the server. I've RPed on Ally, though most of my RP these days are done horde-side.
Here are my two cents:
Since the influx of PVP related threads, TBs have been more impressive/fun/enjoyable in terms of the actual PVP happening, but no in terms of the people talking in the raid channel who often times have shouting matches on who to follow.
Some of my most favorite memories are world PVP memories, such as the fighting in HIllsbrad and RP/PVP events such as the raid on Ironforge to rescue the GMC leader at the current time.
PVPers can RP, and vice versa. The issue we have, is that most PVPers are complete and utter jerks / morons. Yeah, you're good in PVP. Congrats. You won't make it to the Blizzcon arena, and if you do, more power to you. But you are talking to people who are playing the same game, and your hatred is not necessary. Your grammar, language, spelling, and typing leave more to be desired. The constant /spit /rude / other emotes that are unnecessarily spammed by BOTH SIDES, are unnecessary. No one cares, and it just makes you that much more disliked.
There are PVPers I enjoy talking to on both sides, and if everyone got along (RPers/PVPers) CC would make a great server. Stop bad mouthing people and trying to be bad @SS on the internet. In the end, it doesn't matter. You don't matter, and your arena team doesn't matter. Nothing matters in the end, so get along.

I'm not exactly sure if you're indirectly talking about a minority, or really think everyone that PvP's is an !@#$%^-. Either way, there are a ton of good players that I know that aren't elitist jerks. My ego on my paladin used to be pretty big, but I've turned over a new leaf and I am genuinely trying to help bring a new generation of top notch PvPers on CC. You're more than welcome to chill out in the CCPvP channel, talk to me or I can direct you to some solid players that can help you out.
