I have a few questions to clarify things then I will be in game if anyone is around. Leveling Pfaedra.
Did anyone in this storyline plotting consider that the Scarlet Enclave might be under the influence if not the direct control of the Ebon Blade? I am just trying to figure out if it would make sense if the caravan were approached and asked about it. They are no where near it yet, just wanting to prepare.
Vivi was not happy with the meeting. She is not evil, and I know being a blood mage makes her suspicious. But she is not asking for anything in return. Her offer was rebuffed because of a lack of trust. So now she will sit back and watch. But she may have Pfaedra return to her. If she does not trust that the Fellowship will take care of her, she may not offer any further support. Of course Pfaedra will not want to leave, she is falling hard for a certain paladin.
But Vivi will make no moves against the Fellowship. She is merely sitting back and biding her time. Sydric moves at her request, and he will be ready to move out at a moments notice.

So now I've actually started levelling Laurissa, because I can't just focus on one character. >.< I'm still not sure who's going to be my main character, but I recently tried out a Mage on the PTR client and enjoyed it, so I wanted to make a real Mage. Plus, Laurissa was sort of interesting to write in Elleanor's closing post as a person who's life is devoted to vengeance. Anyway, since I'm sort of over all the Horde starting zones, I'm going to make her post more of an explanation of her motives and maybe a recap of her future guild intro, whenever I get around to harassing people until they RP one with me. :P But for now I'm busy so that'll have to wait.
I am currently leveling with Neryth. If you wanted to have a leveling partner for one of yours or to do some dungeons, Elle, we can do that. I much prefer guild runs anyway. But we are almost 30 so if you have one of your alts close to that let us know.

Solorin, Auxilia, and Someone vs. Alexander ‘The Butcher’ Yuri (8 Shadow Knights, 8 Rangers, 4 Sorcerers)
Kel’tira and Cyaer vs. Targus Cloudstriker and Tychus Malcan (Tychus summons Shadow Beasts and Sha to fight for him)
Shadow and Ratheron vs. Tyranus Firehawk and Selethen Dawnrunner (5 Shadow Knights, 5 Sorcerers, 5 Rangers, 5 Blood Knights)
Tislina, Xalander and Someone vs. Darius Malcan (10 Shadow Knights, 5 Sorcerers, 5 Blood Knights)
These will be the pairings. I’ve left room for people to throw their alts and other characters into the groups. The only two groups that are set and completely unable to be joined are the Kel Cy and Shadow Rath groups. These are for plot devices that the characters involved feel like are great elements for the RP as a whole and for their character development. If you would like to discuss with me such things or see if I have an ideas for you let me know and I shall endeavor to help.
I am also willing to make a fifth group for those who feel “left out” I can easily just have Tychus go up against Kel and Cy and have it work out as well. The simple fact of this section of the RP is its a battle for survival. The Fellowship is caught off-guard and unprepared. They are outnumbered and out-skilled in a lot of regards. The consensus is to split up and force the enemy to split up as well. This way the strength of their numbers weakens as well as their combined “hero” strength as it were.
As you can see each enemy group has been given a number of troops, the Fellowship forces are not there as they were sent out on different tasks and missions, nobody expecting this attack. These are just smaller numbers than what the actual force consists of as there is a rear-guard and troops moving to hem in the Fellowship from using the sea as an escape route. They also sent troops out to isolate the Fellowship’s other forces to defeat them and further destroy the group.
As you can see the Fellowship is in a crappy position. This does not mean people have to die, nay I don’t want anyone to die. What I want to see however is injuries, fear, panic, dissension. I want to see people pushed past their breaking points or pushed to them. I want to see our characters challenged beyond anything they have been before and I want you to fail. The only reason the Fellowship survives past this is because it receives aid from the unlikely allies of Tyrael, Shadowless, Eve, Nicias and Raina. If they didn’t show up then this would all end badly for the Fellowship and its supposed to be that way. Read the bit I started this post with and you will see what the idea is.
Everything becomes strained and is held together by a single strand and this pushes us into the next stage of the RP. If you don’t like it please make your feelings clear here in the OOC thread or in the channel so that we can talk to you about it and either help you understand or work to compromise with you.
You have free creative license below are each of the bad guys (besides Tychus who I will be controlling) with their details and fighting styles and info about them so that you -can- control everything about the fight. However if I find your attempts to be “lacking” and yes I do get to make the call I will come in and RP it out with y’all. This is a simple matter of trying to keep the plot on the line of where it needs to go while still giving you the freedom to creatively write it and to fit within how you want to write it. Unlike a lot of RPs you have free reign of the combat. The only thing that is set is the tempo and then the ending. None of these characters will die, the troops can be killed and beaten, not easily mind you but they can be killed, however the “champions” cannot.

So I see there is room for others in some of the groups but not in with Kel'tira and Cyaer and not with Ratheron and Shadow? Does anyone have a preference for where I toss in some help or do you wish Vivi, Sydric, Jahana and Pfaedra to go off on their own and escape? Or give them someone to fight?

Does not matter where you toss them in! Just state which group you'd like to join (You can even add more than one character if you so wish). The reason the Kel/Cy and Rath Shadow groups are closed is for personal character development reasons for each of the groups.

After looking at my schedule, I will be largely absent from the game for the next few weeks. Between my volunteer efforts piling up, several unfinished projects, and the martial arts schedule I won’t have a lot of time for anything else. I also need a break from WOW as a whole and the free time I do have will be spent in other pursuits.
I have a few ongoing rp’s that I do want to continue and will make time (most likely once a week) and I will be keeping up with some forum obligations. Because I will be unreliable beyond what is listed below, I won’t be taking a role in anything else.
I know this may be bad timing and I apologize, but I have reached the point where real life overrides the game and sanity must be maintained.
- Sol: I will try to work around your schedule to be on at least once a week to touch base, otherwise just assume that she is around per our discussion the other day.
- Cy: I will touch base with you in game concerning our rp and we can decide when meet.
- Mal: We will need to scale back to one day per week—I’ll catch up with you on this next time I see you in game and we can decide which day to keep.
- Kel: I will try to touch base over the weekend.
