I've been failing at keeping us up to date on here. >.<
CoD has now killed Heroic Shannox and Heroic Staghelm on 10 man.
On 25 man, CoD has downed Shannox, Beth'tilac, Baleroc, Ryolith, and Alysrazor on normal.

As a note a certain paladin is heading over to Blizzcon, unless I can get a stable internet connection over there (which I doubt) she'll be unable to update the progression document until the 25th.
