Hmm... I honestly haven't encountered the antisocial sort of trolls while RP'ing. Chances are that I would use the "ignore" button if I did though.
Easy. /ignore - works every time.
If the ttroll (two "t"s to distinguise between the race and the act) is jumping around, interferring, then reporting them usually works. Lately, Blizzard seems to be taking reports very seriously.

Please report any Code of Conduct violations, including:
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
