Regarding the Kara Opera house ..... could someone (the author) perhaps submit a GM ticket explaining the need and requesting a special raid lock that would allow low level toons to enter? I know it's a far stretch but under the logic of "ask not, receive not", perhaps just ask?
I kinda doubt we're gonna be able to convince them to let lowbies into a BC raid simply because we want to use the Opera House. I do like your idea, though; I admit that there are areas inside dungeons and raids that I wish we could use for RP settings (Kara is one, and several places in Ulduar also spring readily to mind).
Possible locations:
Shattrath - Bank on the SE Side (accessible from the lower city area) has wings for people to hide on, watchers sit in the Lower city
Halaa - Central building with seats, wings and area for the stage (but PVP)
Zul'Aman - outside the raid there are rooms, we could use a large one for the stage/watchers and either wing on either side for the off stage
Crystalsong Forest - Violet Stand - There is a large open area which could be used for both the play and the audience.
Ulduar - outside area, there's a platform that has pillars which would block people off stage, with plenty of room for both stage and audience
Ulduar - Temple of Wisdom (similar as above)
Terrace of the Makers - square platform - not a lot of room for wings/off stage but it's a nice open terrace.

1) Thunder Hold in northern Jade Forest has two buildings, each with a large pavilion on top. One of the pavilions is only accessible by flying mount so lower level players would need to be shuttled to it.
2) Temple of the Jade Serpent (also in Jade Forest). This is an instance, but if you have flight in Pandaria, you can fly over the top of it and land in the open area in the middle. That open area could work, or the room where the last boss of the instance is might also be acceptable.
One thing to consider is that both of these may be affected by phasing and therefore not accessible to lower level players who have not already been there.

the temple isn't phased and is friendly to low levels, we checked this a while back for the AAMS ball :) There's also the temple place with the broken brazier, it has a "stage" and a nice atmosphere.
You're sure the Temple of the Jade Serpent isn't phased? Because I remember a botched attempted cross-faction RP I was in where I was there (I was in the Heart of Jade, and if memory serves I had to fly around it to get to it...not sure, it's been a while) and no one could see me there - because I'd done the quests and they hadn't, or they did and I hadn't, or whatever. But that was one room, though, heh.

Still looking for a hunter, a druid, and some shaman to help out with the production! There's still time to get in and be part of the craziest meta-RP this side of MG! (And thank goodness it's on this side!) May also need a few preview spectators as production date gets closer (soon to be confirmed, methinks!) to see how it looks before releasing it to a general audience.
Oh, Brae or Derscha, would it be possible to get a translator from the AAMS, on the off chance that some Alliance folk might want to come watch the play? I'm thinking translations in a raid group or special channel, so the flow of the play doesn't get too interrupted, but I'm willing to field thoughts on that particular perspective :)

The posters still weren't to his liking, but there were only so many times he was willing to go to the printer and have them redone. Sooner than he thought possible, they started appearing in the major cities and towns.
