I really want to add my two cents and be a more active member of this RP community, but as I've typed and retyped and re-retyped this post I have come to the conclusion that I have nothing new to add....which makes me a little sad :(

So for the sake of saying "something" (and forgive me if I derail here) I would like to invite the RP community to gather around and forge a more cohesive unity. Not for the sake of "pushing" anything on you or "forcing" anybody to do anything; but rather agreeing on methods that will not only draw other people into this community but enrich everyone's experience.

This thread, I think, has done a marvelous job of doing just that. These laws and punishments are but one thread in this massive web that can really bind us together...Watch, Guard, Courier and Criminal RP organizations alike. :)

I for one would like to thank Orwyn and Masser for their hard and patient work on this. I support them in this effort. :)

I'd just like to throw in my support as well. This is a great idea, and kudos to you guys for putting so much effort into it. I'm certain it will only serve to enrich and provide many more opportunities for RP.

I tried to explain we were just looking for a mail box and they weren't terribly helpful. There we were, guests in their fair city and they weren't very welcoming at all.

Yes, and you are correct. i've responded out of pure instinct, not well, but responded. i've tried to answer a few defense calls, but i can't even move well let alone move and fight.

i can sort of grip things with fingers now so that's a huge improvement. it was miserable not even being able to use a can opener. the shoulder has, unfortunately worsened since i am using that arm more. will all be better in time.

yes, i do have some lovely cats keeping me company at times. love my cats.))

I have been pushing for this since the Watch was formed. I'm all for this and will try to "follow" the laws as much as possible. Also, I'd like to note that some members of the Watch have been quick to accuse me of false reports and not taken my reports seriously.

I wanted the comunity to note that the current list of crimes, punishments, and illegal items is now available on the guild website.
